Nineteen Weeks!!

Little Maureen is growing each day and becoming more and more alert. She went sailing with us today and didn't cry once! It was very windy and she slept through most of our sail.

Maureen at 15 Weeks!!

Maureen has discovered that she has HANDS!! They are good for sucking on and grabbing Mommy's necklace. She also likes to scratch her Baby Bjorn while we walk.

Maureen has discovered her voice. It is so cute, I wish you could hear her singing, as she is in this picture...

Many nights we walk down to the pier at the Glen Cove Yacht Club. The sun is setting behind little Maureen. In real life it was a glowing red. Here, the color is hardly accurate....but Maureen is happy anyway!

If you look carefully at the very end of the pier there is a blue hull- our sailboat Weatherly! Maureen loves to sail with Mommy and Daddy. She is learning to be a great crew mate, and is working on her knot tying and chart plotting. It won't be long before she takes the helm!
